90 days notice or salary in lieu of notice
1. Notice is for 90 days then salary will also be for 90 days itself.
2. if you will work for 89 days then also they can recover from you 90 days salary but that will be concern of humanity for 1 day.( due to shortfall of notice period days)
3.if your salary is 15000 Pm then you need to pay 15000/30=500*90=45,000/-

My HR is asking me to pay my gross salary as payout including my CCA and actual House rent. But as nithing to that effect is mentioned in my letter, should it not have been on basic pay and not on gross? Can I take up this issue with my HR?
