Hi all, I am in a very difficult situation and need help.
Employment History and Issues
I joined Company CG in June. After three months, I resigned because of the night shift. I didn't serve the notice period due to a health issue. After this, I joined another organization, HAG.
Rejoining Company CG
Company CG, after some weeks, asked me to rejoin. I said it wasn't possible due to my health issue and that I couldn't work the notice period. They assured me they would fix my problem, so I agreed but requested two weeks to obtain a relieving letter from HAG. I got the relieving letter in August.
I asked CG about the rejoining process, and they said they would handle it from the back-end. I started working, and so far, everything was good. However, the next year in May, Company CG terminated me due to dual employment. They stated that I worked in both CG and HAG for those two months. I explained the situation to them, but they didn't agree. They will provide me with a relieving letter covering those two months as well. An important point is that I didn't receive a salary from CG during those two months.
Current Situation and Concerns
Now, they terminated me, and since the information is in my UAN, my background verification will show red flags. What do I do now? I don't want to hide anything from a new employer, but they might not hire me due to the dual employment issue. Do you think my whole career is finished?
Company CG is not offering any help. I consulted a lawyer for a legal notice, but the resolution could take a long time. How will I provide for my kids until then? Can someone suggest what to do in this case?
Thanks

Company CG's Betrayal
The company CG betrayed the trust you placed in them. They said they would take care of any overlap, but knowing the whole background and against their commitment, they chose to act otherwise and reacted as per their Rule Book.
Hope for the Future
It is not that your career is doomed forever. Don't lose all hope. You have a convincing story. It is better to disclose this fact, and there would be many organizations willing to hire you for sure. Keep trying until you succeed.

Hi, When Company CG asked you to rejoin, did you inform them that you were working with HAG? You should have requested a new appointment order, as there is no back-end process. Company CG simply utilized your services for their urgent requirement and now wants to dismiss you under the guise of some cover-up reasons. You shouldn't have left Company CG without informing them, and you should have also insisted on an appointment order during your second term. Now, without any valid contract terms, how will you fight for justice against them?
They are now providing you with a relieving order. It is better to accept it and look for new options.

Similar thing happened to me with CG only. I was able to get a job in a start-up. At least I have a job now. I was totally lost when they terminated me. But time heals everything.

Once the market opens up, you can join any MNC again. It's a matter of demand and supply. The game is rigged.
