you can do many thing and you have to lost your service, first think then . it is one type of exploitation and we cannot stop the same besides change of mentality of so called businessman coming from ....... family

Hi my name is Sam I wanted to how can I get my experience letters I was working with a domestic call center later the company was outsourced, I've been working for 2 yrs as being the same company as I was promoted to new designation, I took training completed training, n I felt sick while working I was hospitalized before hospitalized I gave thm all the documents which necessary to prove tht I was sick, company didn't grant me any leaves infact I was having leaves in my acc, my HOD told me if you don't report you'll have to give spot resignation and Gave a leave for a week after week I was hospitalized, I told them what I was suffering, I showed thm certificate they were not listening, while I was hospitalized my manager called me and told me to draft a mail of resignation or else I would be terminated, so I drafted a mail of my resignation I wanted the papers so I did a legal thing of mail my Manager told me your fnf will be given after 3 months now all procedure is over after three months when I spoken to them the hr told me tht you need to pay 14000 thousand for your letters as my salary was 15000 by fnf sattelled youll have to pay 14000 thousand i told the Hr tht you forced me to resign i was not willing to leave the company so there is no such law tht ill have to pay, but hr said nothing can b done you'll have to pay.i asked the amnt he said the it is the exact amnt, so i pleased him to mail the details of on whom the DD should b the amnt,and what papers i will get, as he said i need to discuss ill send it evening, later he didn't responded me,not my mails didn't even answered my calls. This is 1st harrasment. Later when after 2 months when I arranged the amount which he told me, I was not having any details so I asked a friend he gave me details and made the DD and and when I went in company to give the DD for my papers he said the amnt is different I can't take more or less i need the exact, the bank charged me for making, cancelling and again making, 3 times 300 to 400 rs.i belong to middle class so i don't like the legal matters to do court kacheri,so i m just thinking is there any best way where i can get my papers i dont want to pay to these beggars, I have mail ids of the company's official and hr. I know the HR will not help, the other heads of the company can help or no I have a doubt. If not where should i write after writing to head of the company. If they didn't reverted me or didn't take any action.or doing such things would hamper my reputation in other companies or its like taking panga and getting nothing. Out of it.will they harras me again if nothing is succeeded, for my papers.its been eight months I'm not working anywhere. Plz guide me in proper way. Thnx.

Pl. file a claim u/s 15 of the Payment of Wages Act,1936 before the Authority under the Act ( normally the Dy. Labour Commissioner for the area ) if your monthly salary is Rs.18,000/= or less OR file a claim u/s 33C(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947 before the Govt of U.P or the Central Govt depending upon the State in which your work place is situated.
