Dear Member, If the minimum wage payment to employees by vendors is as per the notification issued by the appropriate State Government, then in my opinion, the Central Contract Labour (R&A) Rules will not apply. State Rules will apply in this case. You have written that the Labour Welfare Fund contribution payment is to be made quarterly in Haryana, while it is to be made yearly (December to November of the next year). Payment is to be made up to the 31st of January without any penalty.
