Need to have a clarity if some of the BPO's are not doing educational verification at the time of joining will they take an action if the same has been portray in front.
I came to know one of my colleague is working on fake graduation documents in quality department, what I found people is not deserving such designation and if they are not capable enough to handle, lack of knowledge will hit some day and that employee joined as reference.
Please share your thoughts and help me to put it forward in front of the right people, who can take action... as i can only reach the talent acquisition team of the organisation

Some BPOs don't take the verification process seriously.
Had I been in your case, I would have sent an anonymous letter or mail to the concerned authorities, if there was something bothering me.
Yes. You should inform the concern authorities. Am wondering - Why is world so much filled with fake things now a days?

Please mail the HR Team at the organisation and mark a copy to the recruitment head.
Mention the documents that are yours and claim its validity, with supporting evidences.
Offer them your contact number and details so that they can connect .
If you don't take a stand now, you can easily be framed as an accomplice to this scam later. So please take an action, at your earliest

I seriously dont understand how a colleague (the one who is working with the same employer/ company) can use your original documents.

-How did you get that one has used /submitted your original documents ..

-Where are your originals now and how he got these documents?

-is this really easy to use your original documents by another colleague and

-what about details on documents/certificates such as name, father's name, roll-number and other, are these all similar with you..

Please answer the above posted questions which are really important, to understand how these documents can be used with the same employer by a colleague and your HR department has failed to discover the truth..

Well to serve or use fake documents of someone else or to get any work done or for anything, is a serious offence and must be reported to the HR Manager/Head and to the nearest police station with witness, evidence of the reality immediately.

But before that you have have to consider aforesaid questions..

Anil Arora has mentioned the VERY CLEAR GAPS in what you posted.

Unless these aspects are cleared, any action you initiate based on the half-informed suggestion(s) given to you by the members COULD land you into MORE TROUBLE.

There's another glaring gap in what you mentioned. It SHOULDN'T take any sort of Educational Verification to figure this out. BOTH you & the other employee are employees of the SAME COMPANY. Even if the company strength is high, HR usually has in-built mechanisms to check duplicate names, Photo IDs being just one of them. Since this, either doesn't seem to have been noticed OR ignored by your HR, MAYBE this points to the POSSIBILITY of complicity of your HR? If Yes, then you need to tread very cautiously. Like (Cite Contribution) suggested FIRST put things IN WRITING--and mark a copy to the Head of Recruitment & HR.

Also, indicate to your HR Head that you are planning to lodge a Criminal Complaint with the Police--usually such indication should suffice to correct the situation. But in the Worst-case-scenario [of complicity of HR], pl be prepared to go to the Police.

The talent hunting recruitment procedure is not like the Govt Departents.

To get clarify, frst of all you have to understand the difference between Certificate and Knowledge and Education and Book.

Book is just a medium by which knowledge can be gained easily.

Certificate is a piece of document, bearing the points you have scored in exam, an educational certificate is enough to define your Competency.

Education is a life long procedure and every platfor of life is a stape of Education, whether inside a classroom or under the open sky.

Knowledge, develops with experience, whether good experience or bad experience both are require to polish knowledg. One can gain knowledge without seeting in a classroom and without taking refference of a book And for that kind of individual, his competency is his certificate.

Okl let come to the actual point,

Earlier, some Organisation mentioning the sentence that, if found fack will be penalised. Because, taking refference of certficate during appointment is not only indicates to Educational proof of a candidate but also a good identity and residencial and age proof, those are require for appointment. So, the meaning of veryfing certificate may be diferent.

No Organisation, recruit a candidate with refference to his educational certificates only. If the candidate is capable to give such output, that the Organisation expect, the candidate can be recruited. There is no value of certificate, if the candidate is not efficient according to the requirement of the Organisation.

And, about penalties and punishment or tormination, all depend on the Management. If an Employee is productive no Organisatio wants to leave

And, about recomend. Recomend is not bad, if the candidate actually deserves the position and salary. If the candidate does not deserve and gets the position, he himself can not continue for a long period.

You should take care of your Property.It is your responsibility. If some one else is using, for that also you are responsible up to some extend.
Discuss with him properly first. If not geting any sollution inform to the respective HR. If not geting sollution, you can take legal action at last. But, be careful, legel action based on proper evidence and witness.
in my openion mr ab’s problem is not genuine .. it is not possible? certificates being shared in a same company. if for instance it is true then you both are aware of this from very first day
in my openion mr ab has raised irrelevant query. it is just impossible the duel use of certificates. beng in same company.
