Background Check Concerns: Educational Verification
I have a question regarding background checks, specifically educational verification. I have been working for a small organization for 4 years where I have completed my BGC clearance. They have verified my highest education. Now, I have an opportunity in a big MNC through a consultancy. They have requested all the related documents, and I have all of them except my HSC (12th grade) certificate because I dropped out of 12th grade. I have completed my B.Com in computers through distance education and my MBA full-time from a reputed university, but I do not have my 12th-grade memo. Will this affect my chances of joining such a company?
The MNC has already issued the offer letter, mentioning that they will conduct the background check later. Please advise on how to overcome this hurdle.
