The Full Procedure of Recruitment and Selection

Recruitment is basically the full procedure of hiring, which involves forecasting posts, internal recruitment, and seeking outside candidates.

In forecasting posts, we need to analyze the job and determine the type of person beneficial for it. Organization analysis is also conducted to assess the needs and culture of the organization.

Internal recruitment ensures employee motivation, a sense of belonging to the organization, and increased output. When internal recruitment is not feasible, outside recruitment methods such as advertising vacancies, walk-ins, or referrals are utilized.

Once the recruitment procedure is complete and candidates are shortlisted, the selection process begins. Selection involves various tests like aptitude tests, technical assessments, video simulations, IQ tests, and emotional stability evaluations. The choice of tests depends on the characteristics required in an employee. Following the selection tests, the candidate with the highest score is chosen for the position.

This outlines the full procedure for recruitment and selection.
