Hi All,

I want to confirm the email format regarding the issue in the office. For the last few days, it has been observed that people are using the conference room as a dining area. They are consuming food and drinks at their workstations. As per company policy, this behavior is not allowed for employees. Keyboards and cups are stained and badly damaged due to tea, coffee, or food consumption.

Please confirm.

Dear Ms. Ishleen Kaur,

We've seen many companies facing these kinds of hitches daily. Basically, if you constantly ask everyone around you to stop doing everything that annoys you, it becomes a routine to them. First, send out an email to each and every departmental head to verbally notify them not to use the conference room and workstations for eating. A couple of days interim should make you feel no difference; have a set of circulars prepared to constantly educate those who are already educated but lack common sense.

Further insight into the circular can be perceived through the following link for execution - CiteHR Attribution: https://www.citehr.com/446849-office-admin-law.html.

Involve the management to instigate what you handle, as cohesion is important among employees in the workplace, but the boss is there to ensure that things run smoothly.

Hi Ma'am/Sir,

My manager and I have already looked into this issue. Now, I would like to circulate an email as I previously mentioned to you. Please confirm the format for sending the email. I want to emphasize that employees will be held responsible for any loss if they are found with eatables or drinks on their desk, or if these items are damaged due to their actions.

Thanks & Regards,
Ishleen Kaur

Dear All,

It has been observed for a while that employees are accommodating themselves in the conference room for dining, getting tea, and snacks, often near the workstation, littering food particles over the keyboard and other areas. Traces of liquid stains are also found near the desks of individuals, seeming nauseating to any onlooker. Therefore, the management has decided to inform that there will be no tea/coffee or snacks allowed in the workspace, and all refreshments are required to be taken in their specified (cafeteria) area.

I would request all of you to observe the above procedure with immediate effect.

Regards,
