This is a private bill and definition of private bill is bill generate by the other parties of a Team of M.P for proposal and subsequently discussion then passed by both raj as well as lok the should be signed by the president and then published into the notification in gazette……
Any such move firstly passed by both houses of parliament .i.e. members of parliament( Rajya Sabha & Lok Sabha) should present & voting by two third , then the said passed bill be sent to President for his signature .Subsequently, it would be published through official Notification in Gazette……….
Till this was an a paper only this kind of Bill and paper around 236, amendment are still pending Like P.F Celling – upto 15000.00 Basic, and ESIC for upto all Employees till 35000/- Gross.

i have a quiry that
i had done work in previous company above 10 years, and i widthdrawn my provident fund. now i want to transfer my "pension fund" in current company.
Is that possible? please guide me.

it is really necessary that the maximum exemption limit should increase to Rs. 6 lakhs

Dear Sir,
I have worked with a Public limited Co. for 4 yr 9 months. Am I eligible for gratuity.
My DOJ was 28/06/2010 and I resigned on 07/04/2015. Kindly let me know whether I am eligible to get the gratuity or not. regards
