Hi, I have been selected by a top company. However, I did not receive the service letter from my first company when I joined the second company, and I do not have the offer letter from my first company. I included my experience from the first company in my second company's records. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter as I have already resigned from my current organization.

Thank you for your help.

Best Approach to Obtain an Experience Letter

The best and fastest way is to contact the first company by visiting them in person and requesting them to issue the experience letter. If they do not issue the experience letter, you can go to your local labor department in the location of your previous organization, as the experience letter is the right of the employee.

You may support the same by providing all the pay details and transaction proofs. The only alternative, but better, is to request one. You may also request a verification letter of your previous experience from the company you worked for later. Alternatively, you may provide the reference of the company or department head you worked for, and an email acknowledging your employment there might also help. However, companies are more active when it comes to background verification, so ensure that all information provided is genuine and that you have not falsified any details. It is better to be open about the issue.
