I am working in the textile industry. An auditor asked me to show the Form-D (Equal Remuneration). However, I am not aware of it until now. Can anyone tell me the format and how to fill it out? Is it filled out monthly or yearly?

Karthi, First u can fill it the categories of the workman & mention their remuneration(Minimum Wages) for both Men & Women without any discrimination.
