i want to know how we identify training need, and complete procedure of training and development that we use generally in a company.

Hi Binu,

First of all, design a TNI form according to the structure and nature of your organization. Then, conduct a sample survey, gather the data, and discuss it with various HODs. Additionally, prepare a training calendar/schedule based on that.
