After reading the CMM and PCMM models, I have decided to proceed with a project in PCMM in a software company. However, I found out that Wipro is the only software company that has reached the 5th motivational level in the PCMM model. Can you suggest a company in Hyderabad that I can approach to undertake a project studying the PCMM levels practically? This study will be used for my postgraduate program and will also benefit my future career as PCMM is gaining significant importance.
I am looking forward to your prompt response. I am not aware of any software company in Hyderabad that is certified in PCMM. Although Wipro is certified, I am unsure how to approach them. Could you please provide me with some tips?

A number of other organizations, besides Wipro, have achieved higher levels of maturity in the People CMM. You might do a search through the archives of the Economic Times or another major news source for some of these. For example, TCS announced CMMI and P-CMM Level 5 globally just over a year ago.
