Hi Mike,

There is no need to differentiate between TNA and TNI as they go hand-in-hand in the effective training and development process. Always, TNI should be carried out first to get a rough picture. Then, TNA will help determine the exact requirements (need areas like skill level, knowledge, etc.). Dig in and determine.
