You will have to do the SWOT analysis for your company. We don't know anything about your company, so trying to use someone else's SWOT is not going to work for you. You should already know what your strengths and weaknesses are, and if you are on the ball and working hard, you should also have a good handle on what your opportunities and threats are.
Sit down with your team members and identify the various components of the analysis, and then put together your presentation. Trying to find an easy way out is not going to do you or your company any good.

It seems Pavan is looking for the basics in making a SWOT analysis, and a framework is what is needed to fit in the stuff. SWOT analyses done by a few are available in Cite HR itself—in the "thread".

I agree with what Mr. Aussie John suggested. SWOT analysis will vary from one company to another. Even your strengths, weaknesses, and how you work on opportunities may vary from person to person. Then how can you predict your company's strengths and weaknesses by comparing them to another company? Even identical twins cannot have the same strengths and weaknesses; you can only predict what SWOT analysis needs to be done in your company.
