It's good, but I see no updates in ESIC, Gratuity, etc. Please ensure the latest updates are incorporated before sending. Many people may misunderstand if sent without changes, which could be harmful.

Dear all, can an employer make a claim for damages caused by employees under the Trade Union Act 1926? Additionally, what types of general funds should not be used for TUA objectives?
