Dear All,
I have a very genuine problem. My company has a Pan India presence, and hence, compliance with various Labour Laws has become a big headache for us. The most problematic issue is obtaining displays of the abstracts of various Labour Statutes in both the regional language and English. I also require the Bare Acts of all Labour Statutes - State Enactments (in both regional languages and English) as well as Central Labour Laws with State Amendments in English.
Can somebody please provide me with the necessary information? I am ready to pay for it. Your urgent help is requested.
Thank you.

Dear,
These bare acts you can get from any law book agencies or you can have a combined book on industrial law by P.L. Malik. You will not get the law in the local language; however, you can get an abstract in the local language to display at any law book shop. If you are in Mumbai, then you can easily get it in Marathi.
Thank you,

It is advisable to exhibit highlights of various labor legislation. There are Bare Acts available on websites, and you can download them. The regional language version has been made mandatory to avoid any misinterpretation of the law by any employee who is not familiar with the English language. Therefore, if all employees of your establishment can follow English, then you need not go for notice in the regional language.
