Hi Jeet,
When you decide to leave an organization, it is mandatory that you let them kno your decision through a written notice. Even if you wont be able to serve your notice you definitely will have to finish off your exit formalities before you leave an organization. Only this would ensure that you had a formal exit from an organization, else you will be considered an Abscond, and your full and final settlement would be kept on hold.
Please check with your HR Person on what would be the best for you to do, not having served your notice.

Attractive?? you need not carry a letter at all for this. Just go and meet your HR, he would guide you.
sorry. am not asking for attractive letter ...actualy i am not complete my notice period.........so i need a respective letter format.....all of matter are include in there........just it
