I can guide you from afar. Though I do not have a doctoral degree, I have been an Examiner for a PhD degree award from the University of Mysore. You can see my profile at "About us."

Dear Sir, Ms (Cite Contribution) gave me your reference. I wanted to do Ph.D in HR, kindly suggest me with some good recent topics for research work. Regards, Monika

You have two options to choose a topic: first, find a supervisor who has a funded project to work on, and he or she will provide the topic and guide you; second, conduct a literature survey by searching the web to observe current research trends, methodologies, and gaps in the field that interest you.

I may not be an HR expert, but I possess knowledge about conducting research and publishing papers.

Have a nice day.

Regards,
Simhan
