This is Khyati. I am new to this community and I need help from all of you. I have completed my MBA through distance learning from NMIMS Mumbai, PGD IRPM from Bhavans' Institute of Management, and BBA from S.P. University (Gujarat). I am currently in Baroda (Gujarat) working in the HR department for 2 years.
I am interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in HR, but I am unsure of how to proceed. Can you kindly guide me on the steps I should take to move forward?

You can complete your Ph.D. through distance learning only if you have already completed your master's with IGNOU or any university that offers distance education. I think IGNOU is the best option for you to study a doctorate in HR. The reason is its material, which is very good, and the faculties are very experienced. So don't think anything and start collecting info about it on Welcome::Indira Gandhi National Open University.

I am also doing my MBA from IGNOU and in the last semester, I am planning to pursue a Ph.D. One piece of information that might be helpful to you is that you can do it at Ganpat University (it is near Mehsana, Gujarat), as it offers Ph.D. programs.
