Before answering your query, let me ask you a few questions to find out your background and motivation:

- What qualifications and experience do you have?
- What do you want in life: to work in industry or to work in academia?
- Management is a wide field; therefore, in what area of management do you want to specialize?

Without knowing the answers to such questions, it will be difficult to address why you want to go abroad, how far London is, and how to get there.

Have a nice day.

Thank you for your reply. My dream is to do business (or establish an organization) in the future. As per my knowledge, before starting any business, we must have some knowledge as well as experience. However, in the existing environment, I don't have much scope to update my knowledge. So, I thought that if I pursue a Ph.D., I could gain more clarity on expected things. However, the problem I am facing is deciding on which topic to choose for my Ph.D. I am currently confused about what to do.

If you want to establish your own organization, there is no need for a Ph.D.; the skills that you say you have are enough. Richard Branson and Bill Gates do not have Ph.D.s, and the same was the case with the Ambanis.
