FOR industries Covered by Industrial Disputes act,1947- Industrial EMPLOYMENT standing Orders (central ACT)
for industries COVERED by Bombay Industrial Relations act,1946- MODEL STANDING ORDERS.framed under BIR Act
thus first find out under which act your INDUSTRY is covered and then go for the standing Orders.
