PFA are the Gazette Notifications by GOI, both dated 01.01.2021, publishing the drafts below:
1. Model Standing Orders for Service Sector 2020; and
2. Model Standing Orders for Factories 2020.
The above will be extended to all States and UTs within India to the industrial establishments employing 300 or more workers who are working in the industrial establishments covered under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020) and the rules made thereunder, under the control of the Central Government or the State Government engaged in the service sector or manufacturing sector, respectively.
Any objections or suggestions may be addressed to Shri Sanjeev Nanda, Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Room No. 17, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-110001, or by e-mail – [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons] within 30 days of its publication.
