Can any one explain me about shops and estblshmnt act registration-purpose and necessity, Professional Tax Registration- purpose and necessity of registering, labour welfare fund - purpose.
Also if the company wants to form HR system- what are all the things to be done initially to frame the complete HR system in an organisation. What are all the steps to be taken on priority basis, if the company's MD doesnt know about these procedures and wants to know the necessity of doing all the regstration - how to explain?
Kindly pls share the importance to know...
