Hi,
As per form 10C -Employees Pension Scheme 1995, those employees who have completed 10 years of membership cannot opt for withdrawal benefits and they will be issued with Scheme Certificate.
This Scheme Certificate has to be submitted to his new employer for adding his past services and for claiming pension after attaining the age of 58 years in Form 10D.
Those employees who are below 10 years service can opt for withdrawal benefits.
