can anybody tell me what amendment in employees pension scheme 1995. regarding amt withdrowl from EPS if render pensionable service 10 year or more/ less as per new amendment . thanks sacheein:idea:

I had a face-to-face interview one week ago. During the interview panel, the retired President of HR asked me this question. I responded that there is no amendment. He mentioned that there is an amendment and that I can withdraw an amount from the pension fund even if I have served for more than 10 years.
