Hi ,
I need ur suggestion in the below situation.
One of our employee( trainee)
left the company abruptly without any personnel intimation. She just
sent mail to my boss that she joined another company through campus
selection.
She was very good , even we gave one project to her.
Because of the incident we lost the business.
She worked only for 80 working days here.
We didnt issue appointment
letter also. ( as per our policy we will issue appointment letter only
after certificates submission for freshers)
Suggest me how can we take legal actions against her.

hi vani sorry for late reply, you cant take any legal action .at least u should give some formality to her but u never given that kind of letters and if u take legal action budget will be very high. moreover she is fresher..she can easily say that am freshers i didnt receive any appointment letter. so u will be a loser and better u can search another good employee. u can concentrate another project

Vani,
Let me know if you didn't get enough ideas of games to be played within company premises. I can suggest you some innovative games, which can be played within office premises (Economically).

hi vani,

u can play volley ball and enjoy the new year. Not kidding , really. well for this you dont need a net or a ball or play ground. Divide into two teams. sit comfortably in a office hall. one person has to start the game by serving. For this all he needs to do is call out the name of a member of the other team. the receiving member has to pass it by calling the name of his team mate, further the team mate passes it to one more team mate,he inturn pass it to opponent team member as 02 passes already over in the same team. hence the game continues.

This at the out set seems simple. but its difficult because people tend to forget names of their colleagues. If one pauses or mumbles to call out name that team loose. volley ball rules apply in passing. two passes among own team and third to opponent team.

every one of u sure welcome newyear bursting out in to laughter. I tried this on many occasions and it turned out to b a grand success. It help enhance cohesion among employees. all the best. you can contact me at 09458815208if there is any difficulty in conducting the game.

all the best
