Sir
Pl suggest where to approach to get settled such issues.
I am physiclly handicapped person and the regional head of the company where i was working, has troubled me lot to issue relieveing letter. Infact because of his pressure only i was forced to resign from the company. My one month salary is not released along with other allowances like performance bonus ( as mentioned in offer letter as 5% of the profit of branch )
I have mailed several times to regional head also marked copies to Payroll dept at head office.
Now i have sent second letter to chairman ( thru regd post ) with a expectation to get response.
Kindly suggest me where can i approach to get settled this issue.
Regards
Rasheed
