I am a working professional and having more than 10 years experience in HR domain.
Currently looking for a good course in "Employee Relation" specifically from any renowned institute or university.
Employee Relation & Labour Law can also be a good combination, but my main focus on "Employee Relation / Industrial Relation". Certificate or Post Graduation Diploma any one. Oneline / distance mode would preferable as I am employed in a company.
