Hi There is a very thin line difference between " Personnel" And "Human Resource Management" and ie of word "Development". Regards Sonika

Personnel Management is more of old economy verbiage, whereas HRM belongs to the new economy. Personnel Management was more operational in nature, whereas HRM is more strategic. Personnel Management was responsive to organization needs and requirements, while HRM is proactive in meeting any requirements.
