Dear All,

I have completed my MBA in HR and have 2 years of experience in the HR domain. I am considering pursuing SAP in HR. Can anybody guide me on how beneficial SAP would be and what the scope is?

I have received an email from Global Enterprise Infotech Solutions (geisindia) stating their fees are 25k, and they also offer placements. Could you please advise me on whether it is necessary to receive SAP training from a reputed institute to secure a better job?

Thanks and Regards,
Divya Kotian

Hi Divya,

Can you explain which type of training the institute provides for 15k and what the duration is? I don't think they will teach you the complete SAP.

I have implemented SAP-HR in my previous company as a core team member. I believe that for a SAP user, formal training at an institute is not required; you can learn it on the job itself. It is better if you explain the course of SAP training to better understand the answer to your query.

Thanks
