When the requirements are released to the Internal employees?

What format is used for releasing the requirement? (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, any other method)

Referrals are excepted from which employees? (Retired, Ex employees, Permanent employees, Contract employees)

Are the employees rewarded by Cash for the selection of their referred candidate and What amount is paid to the employees at what levels?

What are the payment terms of the referred candidates to the employees?

What is the minimum duration required for the referred candidate to stay in the organisation in order to claim the amount?

Is the cash rewarded amount Taxable?

Apart from cash rewards are any awards or benefits or recognition given to the employees?

If the referred resume is repeated by 2 or more employees then what is the step taken?

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

On an average how many Vendors are registered with your organisation?

What is the registration process for a new vendor?

What kind of requirements are given to the vendors? (All current requirements or only a few specific requirements & Permanent or Contractual requirements)

Are vendors divided Tier wise as per their performance?

Any Single Point of Contact for the vendors from the recruitment team or different recruiters handle different vendors?

Average placement per month from the vendors?

Payment terms with the vendors? (fixed amount per level or % wise per the level of the placed candidates for Permanent and Contractual positions)

Activities done to keep the vendors live?

How is the vendor performance evaluated?

When is the vendor performance evaluated? (monthly / quarterly / half yearly / annually)

What action is done after evaluation?

Any special vendors for senior positions?

Conflict situations handled with the vendors?
