If the employee resigns from the job, what benefits is he/she eligible for if they complete 1 year, 2 years, or more, or within a year? If the employee is terminated, what benefits are they eligible for? What is the difference between a Dubai VISA and a Free Zone VISA? Please provide details on the variances between the two types of VISAs in terms of Gratuity, Leave Salary, Flight Ticket, Salary for the Current Month, and any Security Deposit. If there are any other benefits, please inform me.
