Can Company Hold The Employer's Contribution Towards PF??

I want to get clarification on the issue of forfeiture of PF. As U have mentioned that PF is with Govt. Authority, but, in case compnay is having his own PF trust, then, Is company can forfeit the PF amount in case of termination or any reason what soever.
