This si shyam.M I am done with my MBA in HR and now working with a leading consulting c/o as HR recruiter . Can anyone suggest me how to shape my career from here is it worth doing SAP HR... OR SIX SIGMA IN HR ... WHICH INSTITUTE CAN IT BE DONE IN CHENNAI PLEASE ..........................

Well Sai, you can definitely go for SAP HR, though have only Recruitment exposure. But you need to refine your skills in General HR too, so as to understand the basic concept behind each module in SAP HR. Since you are in Bangalore, there are lot of Local Institutes to do, normally they charge around 20K, but if you go for Siemens or Genovate, then it will cost you 3.75lakhs, but you will get certification. Otherwise you need to work and practice hard, do lot of R&D, etc to make you expert in SAP. As far as salary is concerned, it is good, but the market is pretty tough these days. So since you want to do after 6 months, take your time, make yourself comfortable with General HR and go for it.

Hi there,
I have read all the previous comments on this thread and I am undergoing the same scenario but its 2016 and I have 2 years experience working as a HR in a generalist role with 1 year of experience in SAP ABAP. So, I am very much interested in doing a SAP HR course now.. currently living in Australia and really asking for expert's guidance here.
