Dear Shainee,
Is that the normal way you company carries out? Again what is your position and don't you have an head person in HR department who normally and is suppose to have a sample one of the requested one. Do use the search tab given here for you will get lot of sample letters of the same kind in this site itself.

Obeviously, Here in most of the companies ermployees are moved one palce to one place on requirement, Depending upon the company Policy Relieving letter can give on the Company letter head with Authority signatory and Seal of the company not in a concern of Place where offer letter has issued.
Thanks,

Hi!, when you are officially giving appointment letter, when the staff gives resignation or institution gives the termination letter you have to give relieving letter stating no dues against the person also to the organisation
