HI,
1)Employee can withdraw the PF accumulations by filling Forms 19 & 10 C .
2)Form No 19 is for Provident fund withdrawal & Form No. 10 C is for Pension scheme withdrawal.
3)Form no 13 to transfer your P.F amount.

If your exit from old company is not good then they wont be signing the 19 and 10C forms which is a manditary for these forms, so you have the only chance of transfering your PF Amount to your new PF Account (using Form 13) for this you must be knowing your old PF Account number.

Hi,
If a person leaves without informing you the pf department cannot control his actions. He can withdraw by applying in form 19 & 10c. In the place where employer's signature is required he may get the bank manager's signature as this option is available and apply. In case he wants to transfer to the new company he can apply trhough the new company using form 13.
If a person does not know his pf account no. He can visit the PF office concerned where his company's files are maintained, meet the case worker and try to get the account number.
If the pf records are not updated then he may have to revert back to his employer for his pf account number.
Instead of running away from job and undergoing all this hastles to get the PF money - would it not be ideal for one to follow the procedures in a company and come out with a clean mind and get the company's assistance in getting his pf money too ?
is all this acrobatics worth it ?
before thinking of these options of running away, better first find out about the provisions of law which one is trying to break. may be the cost of following company rules would be lesser than the cost of effort for getting pf money without company's assistance /boss's signature.
think it over.
