What is the usual present trend of wages for a BPO - database management company? What factors need to be considered when deciding on a salary based on minimum wages?

Dear Revathi, Yes minimum wage is calculated state vise. It is different for every state and every industry. Also minimum wage is different for skilled, unskilled and semi skilled employees.
