Hi, I guess a team party is better. An employee would always have memories to take back. Moreover it would make one feel so special. Fay

Hi,

For both, a team party may be unofficially or officially with a gift voucher. In case any employee is absent on their birthday, you can give them the voucher(s) and there is no need to celebrate a belated party.

My opinion:

1. Post-Birthday Greeting card. (Motivation)
2. Display Birthday Greetings on the company notice board. (Recognition)
3. Tea party with the Plant Head. (Interaction/Feedback)
4. Gift Voucher from the hand of the Plant Head. (Satisfaction)

Identify and fix any spelling or grammatical mistakes in the text.

Identify (or fix) a small notice board at a prominent place and just write "Happy Birthday to Mr/Ms ..........." This will motivate employees to wish/felicitate their colleague on his birthday.

Also, try to send a Greeting Card along with a small sweets packet to his residence in the morning, either through company staff or a private courier. Please try to give feedback.

Best Wishes,

I will suggest a small gift from the Company along with the card duly signed by the HOD/VP. Small gift can be pen with pen stand with employee name engraved on it from company side. deepa
