It's Appraisal time for the HR fraternity, currently ongoing. We would like inputs from everyone regarding the procedures you follow and the scientific methods employed. Which procedure do you believe is best suited for a particular type of company or unit, for example, IT or Manufacturing? What are the merits and drawbacks of the methodology?
