I worked for the Company as a contract-to-hire employee from December 2023 to April 2024. The official notice period was 15 days, and I served the full 15-day notice period. I resigned via email and through their portal, completing the entire notice period as required.

However, the organization never sent me an exit email, relieving letter, or any final settlement. Throughout the email communication, they mentioned waiting for the Last Working Day (LWD) from the client (under whom I was working), even though the payroll was managed by the company. Additionally, upon reviewing my offer letter, there was no mention of the possibility of an extended notice period.

I have since joined a new company without receiving the formal exit documentation. As evidence, I have provided my offer letter, payslips, EPFO statement confirming PF deposits by the organization, and EPFO service history.

In the event that questions arise during Background Verification (BGV) regarding my notice period compliance, I am prepared with documented proof of all communications and interactions. I trust that HR will understand the situation, considering the comprehensive documentation I possess.
