Hi, if anyone can help me sort out my query. My payroll manager deducted an increased Provident Fund (PF) contribution from one of our employees in the middle of the financial year. Due to this deduction, the PF department is not allowing the employee to withdraw his PF deposit after he left the service. They are requesting a reply letter stating the reason for this deduction. What should be the appropriate reply?
