Hi All, I would like to know how to create a budget for employee celebrations, such as:

1) Employee birthdays
2) Employee anniversaries
3) Retirement/farewell of an employee
4) Hospitalization of an employee or their first-degree relatives (spouse, children, mother, or father)
5) Death of an employee or their first-degree relatives

Thank you.

Budget Considerations for Employee Celebrations

The budget would primarily depend on the number of employees involved in the establishment. If the number is up to 100, you can consider involving all employees. However, if there are more than 100 employees, it could become an unmanageable crowd and may be disadvantageous.

The groups should be homogeneous in terms of their physical accessibility. Regarding Sl. No. 1-3, you may not need to celebrate each employee individually; instead, events occurring on the same day could be combined and celebrated together. For Sl. No. 4 & 5, you can allocate an amount based on the financial capacity of the organization. Any five-figure amount would be meaningful.
