How to write a notice letter for employee termination due to absenteeism

How to write a letter of notice to an employee to leave the company within 15 days due to continuous absenteeism? Written warnings have been issued, but there has been no improvement in his behavior. Now, management has decided to replace him.

Please guide.

Dear Rohini, this is not the proper or legal way of discharging an employee for habitual absenteeism. You should frame specific charges of misconduct for unauthorized absence, obtain his reply, conduct a domestic inquiry, analyze the inquiry officer's report, issue a second show cause notice about the proposed punishment of dismissal on the proven charge of unauthorized absence along with the E.O's report, and then only issue an order of dismissal.

Rohini, you can't just terminate an employee based on absences. You should issue warning letters and show-cause letters. If the employee fails to comply, you have the right to terminate. Maintain proper written documentation in this regard.
