I have attempted to resolve the problem by downloading various versions of Mozilla Firefox and trying to access the portal using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. However, none of these attempts have been successful.

Hi Rashmi, I have been experiencing this issue for some time. Firefox is, of course, a reliable browser, and it is working for me. https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.g...mberinterface/ If it does not open on the first attempt, try three times, and it should open. Even if you lose your session in the middle, a refresh works.
