Well, you know, now I'm so much in love with this site HR that when it did not open for 3 days, I felt like something very, very important is missing in my life. Now, this site is my best friend, and I always want to be in touch with it.

Same was the case with me too. It was like I had nothing to do, becoming addicted to this site. It's like breakfast for me. After every 1 hour, I was checking whether this site is working or not.

Hey, but did anybody find out the reason why the site was not working for the last 3 days? Let me also know the reason why it was not working. Now I have great relief that my friend is back with me. You know, I was thinking that there might be some problem with my system only and that's why it's not opening. But then I tried from a cyber cafe, requested my friend also, and then I got a little relief that there is no problem with my system but with the site.
So please, site HR, always be my friend, and I really love you a lot and wish you a happy Eid!! Also, happy Eid to all the members.

I also join all of you in expressing my anguish over the CiteHR outage. There was no reply or posting about the reason for it as well. Whatever the reason may be, I hope the moderators will find alternate ways and resources to keep it up and running in case of any such instances in the future so that the members can continue their visits uninterrupted.

I felt like I'm really missing something. I went to the extent of checking with our network department, did R&D from xwhois.com, sent an email to our Guru Siddarth, but nothing worked. I faced the same problem even at home. I keep on opening the site every half an hour with the hope that it will be up. It started working around 11:00 AM yesterday. I guess it was a technical glitch.

Believe me,
I received almost 20-30 calls in the last 3 days asking why CiteHR is not opening. I have also sent an email to Sid Saab asking about this. Please, Sid Saab, come out and give the reason.

I also felt very lonely, and the same as you guys felt. I tried to enquire but got no response from the admin. Then I thought there was some problem with my system only and just sat back and waited for it to resume. 😢 😢 😢 😢 But now, thank God, it is working! 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂

Our hosting company had a DDOS attack on 18th December, and on the very same day, I was on my way to Sydney, Australia via Shanghai, China, to visit my sister for Christmas. The journey was 16 hours inflight with a 16-hour stopover at Shanghai, during which I wasn't able to do much about the technical glitch. I had, however, floated a support request to our hosting company. The site came back online the day we reached Sydney - on 20th December. However, there was an FTP problem which I could only fix the following day.

Hey, it was very hard for me those 3 days when the site was not working. I thought there was some problem with my system, and I bothered my technical guy a lot to check the problem. Please, yar, don't do this again. I got so used to this site that I'm not able to complete my day happily without checking the site. Great work, guys. It's an amazing site.
