Hi, I want to know how long an employer should take to pay my dues after they have terminated me for not going to work for 3 days despite informing them well in advance, but my leave was not approved.

Termination and Legal Procedures
Apparently, the termination of your service for alleged absence for three days, bypassing the legal procedure, is unjustified and illegal. On this ground alone, you can file a case against your employer. Engage a good labor lawyer and proceed.
Payment of Dues for 'Workman' Category
If you fall into a 'workman' category, payment of dues on termination has to be made within the expiry of the next working day. Since the company has also failed in this regard, it will be an additional ground of illegality on their part, which should help strengthen your case further.
