Can anyone terminated from company demand experience letter?

Dear Mitali, Why was the employee terminated? Did you conduct the domestic inquiry before the termination? If you terminate the services of an employee, it would be the punishment of the highest kind. Thereafter, there is no need either to forfeit the wages of an employee or to withhold the issuance of the experience letter. By not issuing the experience letter, you could be nullifying the tenure of the employee at your company and thereby destroying the career of the employee. Employers who do this do not achieve anything by engaging in these fiendish acts.

Secondly, if you have not conducted the domestic inquiry, it is better not to provide any remarks for the separation. Just mention the basic details like name, employee number, date of joining, and date of leaving, etc., and that is all.
