Issue with EPF and Pension Claim
I worked in my last organization until my retirement in December 2013. Afterward, I could not claim my EPF and pension amount because the EPFO authorities had not processed the transfer of my PF. They only completed this in April 2018 after many visits and follow-ups. I have filled and submitted Form 19 (Non-Aadhar) and Form 10-D (for pension) along with a canceled cheque leaf, copies of Aadhar, PAN Card, and three copies of a joint photo for the pension. All forms and documents were duly signed and confirmed to be in order by the PF office.
However, the PF authorities are now saying that my application will not be processed and will be rejected because the employer who signed my application forms has not submitted his digital signature to the PF Office.
Challenges with Employer's Digital Signature
I have visited my former office many times over the last 3-4 days, but the signatory is not giving me an audience and is not uploading the digital signature. Kindly advise why I should endure this harassment and victimization and what my recourse is. How will I receive my hard-earned accumulated amount? Thanks in advance.

Digital signature is very important for PF transactions, including PF withdrawals. Only employees can perform this action; we cannot proceed without the digital signature of the PF Consultant in the company. Your only option is to request them to upload the digital signature. If they do not respond, you can file a complaint with EPFO.
