For EPF transfer on the OTCP portal, we are unable to install our authorized digital signature as per the instructions given by the EPF (we have installed JAVA with our IT support). Although it is showing an error, due to that, we are unable to authorize the employee transfer claim forms online and are currently on hold. We have tried numerous times through email and also directly at the EPF office in Chennai, but have not received proper guidance. The issue continues to persist to date.
You may have experience with this case. Kindly guide me on how to successfully install the digital signature in the transfer claim portal. Additionally, please share any technical support details to help resolve this issue.
